Come and learn about massage therapy and why it works to decrease pain, increase immune function, decrease blood pressure, decrease migraine headaches, and help with fibromyalgia. Cassandra, Bobbi, and Kelly, licensed massage therapists, will present information on the many health benefits of massage and will demonstrate techniques. In addition, they will be able to answer any questions you might have about massage and why it is so important in today's world.
